服务条款

本条款是你与 岛上生活 Tas Pantry（ABN 62 686 423 674） 之间关于使用 Island Pantry 零售商城与 BVS Trading 批发门户的约定。 你注册、登录或下单，即表示接受本条款与《隐私政策》。本条款不排除、不限制你在《澳洲消费者法》下不可排除的权利。

These terms are the agreement between you and 岛上生活 Tas Pantry (ABN 62 686 423 674) for using the Island Pantry retail store and the BVS Trading wholesale portal. By registering, signing in or placing an order you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

我们通过网站销售生鲜与杂货：零售顾客按周下单、到指定自提点取货；批发客户（餐饮及商业买家）通过批发门户下单、按账期结算。 商品图片与描述尽量准确，但生鲜规格、产地与包装可能随批次变化。

We sell fresh produce and groceries through this website. Retail customers order weekly and collect from a nominated pickup point; wholesale customers (restaurants and other trade buyers) order through the wholesale portal and settle on account. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but fresh produce size, origin and packaging can vary between batches.

零售账户以手机号加短信验证码登录，请勿把验证码告诉任何人，我们的员工不会向你索要验证码。批发账户需先申请开户并经我们审核， 账户密码由你保管；账户下发生的操作视为你或你授权的人所做。发现账户被他人使用请立即联系我们。

Retail accounts sign in with a mobile number and an SMS code. Never share the code with anyone; our staff will never ask you for it. Wholesale accounts require an application approved by us, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure. Actions taken under your account are treated as made by you or someone you authorised. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

• 每周按公布的截单时间截单（目前为周四 10:00），截单前可以取消订单或联系我们修改；截单后进入备货，不再接受修改或取消。
• 称重类商品按实际拣到的重量出账，账单在截单后以短信发给你；实际金额可能与下单时的预估略有出入。
• 缺货或品质不达标的商品我们会直接从账单中去掉，并在通知中说明。
• 取货时间与自提点以截单后的短信为准（目前自周五 11:00 起）。请在通知的时段内取货；生鲜逾期未取导致的损耗由顾客承担，特殊情况请提前联系我们。
• 部分商品需要下单时预付，页面会明确标注。

• Orders close at the published weekly cutoff (currently Thursday 10:00). You can cancel, or contact us to change, an order before cutoff; after cutoff we start picking and changes or cancellations are no longer accepted.
• Weighed items are billed on the weight actually picked. The bill is sent by SMS after cutoff and may differ slightly from the estimate shown when you ordered.
• Items that are out of stock or below our quality standard are removed from your bill and noted in the notice.
• Pickup times and points are confirmed by SMS after cutoff (currently from Friday 11:00). Please collect within the notified window; loss of fresh goods from late collection is at your cost, so contact us ahead if you need an exception.
• Some items require prepayment at the time of ordering; this is clearly marked on the product.

• 所有价格以澳元（AUD）标示，已含适用的商品及服务税（GST）。
• 零售订单在截单出账后付款：银行转账（请以订单号作备注）、在线刷卡（经 Square 处理）或取货时现场付款。
• 转账后请在「我的」页面上传凭证或等我们对账确认；刷卡付款即时确认。
• 价格可能因供货变化调整，以你下单时页面显示的价格为准；明显标价错误的订单我们可能取消并全额退款，并会主动联系你。

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Retail orders are paid after the post-cutoff bill: by bank transfer (use your order number as the reference), by card online (processed by Square), or in person at pickup.
• After a bank transfer, upload the receipt in your account page or wait for us to reconcile; card payments are confirmed instantly.
• Prices may change with supply. The price shown when you order applies. Where there is an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order and refund in full, and we will contact you first.

• 批发账户经审核后可挂账下单，默认账期为发票日起 7 天，具体以你账户上的约定为准。
• 每张订单出具税务发票，并定期发送对账单；到期未付我们会以短信或邮件提醒。
• 逾期未付时，我们可以暂停该账户的挂账下单，直至欠款结清；已下但未履约的订单可能改为款到发货。
• 批发客户以商业买家身份采购，商品用于经营用途；《澳洲消费者法》中仅适用于消费者的保障可能不适用，但法律不允许排除的保障仍然有效。

• Approved wholesale accounts may order on account. The default term is 7 days from invoice date; the terms recorded on your account apply.
• Each order is invoiced and statements are issued periodically. Overdue amounts are followed up by SMS or email.
• While an account is overdue we may suspend on-account ordering until it is settled, and unfulfilled orders may be switched to payment before dispatch.
• Wholesale customers buy as trade buyers for business use. Consumer-only guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law may not apply, but guarantees that cannot be excluded by law still do.

取货时请当场核对商品；缺货错发品质问题当场找员工，回家后 24 小时内可在订单里申请售后

我们提供的商品应符合《澳洲消费者法》的消费者保障：品质可接受、与描述相符。生鲜属易腐品，请在取货时当场检查，并在24 小时内通过「我的」页面或联系我们提出问题并附照片。经确认的问题商品我们会退款、换货或在下一单抵扣，由你选择。

Please check your items at pickup — raise missing/wrong/quality issues with staff on the spot; within 24 hours of pickup you can also report an issue from your order.

Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law: acceptable quality and matching their description. Fresh produce is perishable, so please check it at pickup and raise any problem within 24 hours via your account page or by contacting us, with a photo. For confirmed problems we will refund, replace or credit your next order, at your choice.

使用服务即表示你同意我们以短信、邮件或站内消息发送与订单相关的通知（验证码、账单、取货、到期提醒）。 营销类通知需你另行同意，且可随时退订（见《隐私政策》）。请保持手机号有效，因号码错误或停用导致未收到通知的后果由你承担。

By using the service you agree to receive order-related notices (verification codes, bills, pickup and due-date reminders) by SMS, email or in-site message. Marketing notices require your separate consent and can be opted out of at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Keep your mobile number current; we are not responsible for notices missed because a number is wrong or disconnected.

此平台还在开发中难免会有错误，遇到这种情况我们会主动联系并协调补偿方案。

This platform is still under development and errors can happen — if one affects you, we'll reach out ourselves and work out fair compensation.

在法律允许的范围内，我们对因商品或服务造成的损失承担的责任，以重新供货、退款或抵扣该商品价款为限，且不对间接或后果性损失负责。 本条不影响《澳洲消费者法》赋予你的、不能被排除的权利。我们也可能因供货、天气或不可抗力暂停或调整服务，并会尽量提前通知。

To the extent the law allows, our liability for loss arising from goods or services is limited to resupplying, refunding or crediting the price of the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not affect rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. We may suspend or adjust the service because of supply, weather or events beyond our control, and will give as much notice as we can.

本条款受澳大利亚塔斯马尼亚州法律管辖，争议由塔斯马尼亚州有管辖权的法院处理。

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Tasmania.
